Our artistic gymnastic classes are designed so every child may excel to their fullest potential in a non-competitive atmosphere. Your child is learning life skills and fitness habits for a lifetime.

When children begin gymnastics we work on motor coordination, strength, flexibility and beginner gymnastic skills. With the little ones we integrate cognitive learning skills including colour, numbers and letters along with spacial awareness and listening skills. We do this throughout the class using gymnastic games alongside learning the elements.
