Over the past two weeks, the Frogs have been immersed in a whirlwind of exciting activities, exploring various areas of learning. They continued to sharpen their mathematical skills by engaging in games and activities inside and outside the classroom. From running about identifying numbers on a number line to interactive manipulatives and hunting for shapes in the garden, they have been on a journey to master various aspects of mathematical concepts.
The Frogs have also strengthened their Jolly Phonics skills through lively kinesthetic movements such as letter-sound hopscotch. In addition to mathematics and phonics, language skills have been in the spotlight in our classroom. We have been practising positional language through playful activities and hands-on experiences, which are directly applicable to real-life situations. From arranging objects based on their location to describing spatial relationships, our Frogs have been building their vocabulary and communication skills.
