‘Mine!’, ‘I do!’ is the call of many toddlers. Children of this age can be very possessive and have difficulty taking turns and sharing. However, getting along with others is an essential life skill, and sharing is an important part of cooperative play. When the Cuddly Koalas are asked to share with their friends, as they are with the drum in this activity, they have the opportunity to learn and practice sharing in a safe environment. This will help them make perhaps more importantly keep friends.
