The children have been exploring the basics of art through shape, colour and composition. In this activity, they discovered the square shape in a variety of colours and sizes, observing how the same shape can look different depending on its size and colour. With a selection of colourful squares, the children made their own creative choices about where and how to place them on the paper. Some arranged their squares close together, while others spread them across the page, creating their own unique compositions. Each finished piece reflects their individual choices and emerging artistic ideas.
