Today, the children explored the art of cutting through a fun, hands-on experience. They experimented with making straight cuts, small snips, big cuts, and random snips across their papers, discovering how different movements could create different shapes, edges, and patterns. As they cut, they made their own choices about where and how to move their scissors, turning simple pieces of paper into playful and creative designs. It was a wonderful opportunity to explore movement, control, direction, and creative expression while enjoying the process of making art.
