The Tiny Tigers celebrated Saint Nicholas Day with great excitement. In preparation, the children decorated lovely boots for Santa so he could admire their hard work. There was a palpable sense of anticipation in the room as they eagerly awaited Santa’s visit. They were pleasantly surprised when Santa entered the classroom. The children sat quietly as Santa read letters to them, and they were very happy to hear that they had all been good. Santa gave each child a lovely gift before saying goodbye, as he has such a busy schedule this time of year. The fun did not stop there. They continued the celebrations with festive games, including musical chairs, Pin the Tail on the Donkey (or Pin the Nose on the Reindeer), and a Santa hat relay race that encouraged teamwork and collaboration. The children had a wonderful time and were delighted to open the new toys Santa brought. What a lovely way to get everyone into the festive spirit.
