The Tiny Tigers have officially kicked off the school year with great enthusiasm. As they settled into their new classroom, the children took time to familiarise themselves with the space and get to know their new classmates. They have already begun building friendships and learning to work together. A key focus this term is the development of their gross motor skills, and they have been participating in activities designed to enhance their physical abilities. A particular highlight was celebrating International Dot Day. After reading Peter Reynolds’ inspiring story, the Tiny Tigers explored circular shapes and painted vibrant circles using toilet paper rolls to stamp their designs. It was a fun and creative way to build artistic and fine motor skills.
