The Friendly Frogs children have been learning about the autumn season recently. They have been focusing on hedgehogs during one of their visual arts lessons. First, we observed some pictures of hedgehogs and identified their main physical features with the children. Then, they cut spikes with scissors in their samples, printed even more spikes with swinging forks, and glued wiggly eyes and pompom noses on them.
