Movement is one of the ways your children can express themselves and build self-awareness. In addition, when your children dance or move in a room with others, they practice and develop self-control. We are moving like an elephant or frog, and we mention body parts (hand, head, foot, etc.). Moving to these songs helps your children become more self-aware of the physical potential of their bodies as well as how other people and objects in their ‘dancing space’ impact how they move.
