Movement is a powerful way for the Friendly Frogs to express themselves and develop self-awareness. Additionally, dancing and moving alongside others help them practise self-control and spatial awareness. In this activity, we explored movements inspired by animals—stomping like an elephant, hopping like a frog—while identifying body parts such as hands, heads, and feet. Moving to music this way encourages the Friendly Frogs to recognise their physical abilities while understanding how people and objects in their shared ‘dancing space’ influence their movements.
