Close your eyes and imagine walking a path guided only by the voice of a trusted companion. That is exactly what the Friendly Frogs experienced during the Trust Wal. Hand in hand, they explored the importance of trust, communication, and teamwork. What is the Trust Walk? It is a partner activity where one child guides a blindfolded partner using only verbal instructions. Before starting, we revisited our TRIBES agreements to emphasise respect, active listening, and safety. As the children stepped into their roles, they discovered guiding without touch required patience and empathy, while trusting a partner took courage and connection. 🌟 Here is what they learned: Feeling safe and assured when relying on others. Giving clear instructions and being mindful of tone and pace.Caring for someone else’s well-being. This simple yet powerful activity was a journey of growth, connection, and so much fun!
