Waiting for the drum is a challenging task. Like all stop-and-go games, taking turns helps children develop patience – a skill many have not yet mastered. (In truth, even some adults struggle with it!) Giving the Cuddly Koalas opportunities to practise and strengthen this vital skill sets them up for success in school and life. Each moment of waiting becomes a valuable step towards greater self-control and perseverance.
