The little Koalas started preparing to celebrate Thanksgiving and designed a great collaborative art project together. Above all, we learned about the comparison of small and big and got acquainted with new types of activities as well. These activities promote development and learning by encouraging children to demonstrate an understanding of size, spatial sense, and classifying and sorting. Children gain early math skills as they observe and notice differences in size. We also got a new favourite book titled: ‘Where’s my Teddy?’, and our song list has been expanded to the delight of the song-loving children. On another exciting day, we talked about World Kindness Day and learned the importance and significance of being kind to each other and how we can express it toward others. Also, we highlighted and encouraged good deeds in our community such as sharing toys, using magic words such as ‘thank you and ‘please’, or cleaning up together after playtime.
