The Cheeky Monkeys children went to the Chess Playground and had a lesson with Sturdy Rook. First, the children played a tick-tock boom game with the chess dice. Then, we nominated a few children to be rook chess pieces and move like one on the chessboard. Then, we learned about the rook chess piece’s value, movement features, capturing abilities, starting positions, and many other important features with the help of Sturdy Rook.
