We have had a busy fortnight in the Cheeky Monkeys while continuing our Unit of Inquiry on sustainability. The children went outside and took care of the flower beds with a spot of weeding and watering the plants. This was part of our learning on cleaning up our environment and surroundings. In Mathematics, the children continued their topic on money by adding coins and notes together to find a total. Finally, the children have explored recycling and are now trying to reuse items by creating various projects through junk modelling.
