We have had another eventful two weeks. First, we had the Easter Assembly; in preparation, we learned about the changes in spring and the new life we see around us in nature. Each child prepared a card and a gift for their family made using string and a balloon as the frame. For mathematics, the Cheeky Monkeys visited their unit of the curriculum on division. We first discussed the idea of sharing objects equally and the children used different objects to share in their Tribes groups fairly. We also reflected on our holidays and the children spoke about their experiences while away from school during spring break.
