The Brilliant Pandas children went on a sailing trip with the chess pieces. First, they listened to the chess pieces and Mr Klye who told his favourite sailing memories to the children. Then, they dramatized the most exciting parts of the story using various kinds of materials. They learned how to choose someone to be the ‘It’ fairly and how to take turns when choosing a captain for the boat. Every child had a chance to be a captain and drive a sailing boat with a steering wheel which they enjoyed a lot. At last, the children learned and practiced setting up a chessboard and putting the chess pieces in their starting positions.
