We have had another eventful two weeks in the Brilliant Pandas. First, we had the preparations for the Easter Assembly and Party; the children learned about the symbolism of the Easter egg in spring and the new life we see around us in nature. Each child prepared a card and a gift for the family by painting and decorating styrofoam eggs. For Mathematics, the Brilliant Pandas started adding within ten. We first discussed the idea of adding one more and then two more and the children used different objects to add in Tribes groups. We also reflected on our holidays and the children spoke about what they will do while away from school during spring break.
