Our first two weeks of Kindergarten were a great success. The children from last year are so confident and happy to be part of the Bright Bunnies class; the newer ones are doing a fantastic job settling in. We are pleased to see the group adjusting well to the new environment, friends and to our daily routine. We kicked off the school year with our first Unit of Inquiry, “All about me.” The Bunnies are learning that every person is unique and special; everyone’s thoughts and ideas are important, therefore, should be respected. The Bunnies have learnt the first Jolly Phonics sounds this week. They created an artsy snake to represent the “s” sound.
