Easter is around the corner. We have been preparing and practicing for our assembly. The ponies were here this week, and as always, it was a fun event with some children asking to have multiple turns. The weather has been beautiful for the past few days. The Bright Bunnies have been spending even more time outside to enjoy the sunshine and appreciate the changes in nature as spring has finally arrived. Some of the Bunnies role- played, eating ice cream while they sunbathed. Other children were fascinated by seeing little animals and insects in their natural habitat. For instance, finding countless little firebugs in the bushes. It is excellent timing as we will begin a new unit where the Bunnies will learn that plants and animals are essential parts of the world we share.
